Refund policy

At our store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Returns:
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any unused and unworn items in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted for return. To initiate a return, please contact us at nellavishstore@gmail.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return. You will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
